Rosie and the Midnight Visit to the Animal Hospital
Rosie decided to eat a sock at 11 p.m., so we ended up at a 24-hour animal hospital in Korat around midnight. My Shiba Inu is seven and usually the calmest dog in the family, but he was clearly not impressed with the waiting room. The vet was quick and kind, and by 1 a.m. we were driving home with a very sleepy boy in the back seat. Lesson learned: keep the socks in the drawer. He still gives me the look.
