Olive's birthday party in Bang Phli

Olive turned three and a half last week, which in dog years is roughly a teenager. We celebrated on Saturday with a small party in our garden in Bang Phli. Nothing fancy: a peanut butter cake made for dogs, a paper hat she immediately tore apart, and a lot of loud barking from the neighbours' dog over the fence.

Olive was too excited to eat her cake at first. She ran three laps around the table, sniffed every guest's shoes, and then sat very seriously in front of the cake as if she had been waiting all her life. Happy birthday, my little grey-bearded goofball.
