A Thank You to the Groomer Who Stayed Late

I want to say thank you to the groomer who stayed late for Tiger last month. She is a French Bulldog, five and a half years old, and she doesn't cope well with heat or loud noises. Her session was almost finished when she became very anxious in the dryer, and the staff suggested we come back another day.

Instead, the groomer took her into a quiet room, let her sit on a soft mat and worked slowly, with plenty of breaks, until Tiger calmed down. It took an extra hour and she didn't charge for it. Tiger went home clean, tired and wagging. Thank you, from Sathorn, and from Tiger too.
