HORSE CLUB (Layan Beach)

HORSE CLUB (Layan Beach), also trading as Phuket International Horse Club, is a commercial riding club and beach trail operator in Cherngtalay, Thalang. Horses are its main focus, with guided trail rides across the sand and into the sea, sunset beach treks, and lessons for beginner to intermediate riders.

Rides include beach walks, romantic sunset rides, a one-hour beach ride with horse feeding, and beach ride and swim sessions in the shallow sea. The routes also run along trails bordering Sirinat National Park. Lessons cover seat balance, walk, trot and canter control, grooming and tacking, with practice areas for basic dressage and jumping. Extras include horse feeding, photo sessions and child-friendly pony rides.

Horses include well-trained warmbloods, thoroughbreds, local crosses and ponies suited to young children. The facilities are riding arenas and practice paddocks, outdoor beach trails, a shaded rest area and on-site parking. Drinking water and riding gear such as helmets and boots are provided. A holiday rental villa is also offered for guests. Suits beginners, children and adults.
