Chanpraya Resort is a budget garden resort of detached villas in Tha Chang, outside Chanthaburi town. Dogs and cats of all sizes stay in the villas for a small nightly fee, with parking by the door.

The grounds have leafy gardens, open walkways and shaded areas for taking dogs out on a leash. Because the villas are detached and you can park right outside your door, loading and unloading pets is easy and there is little noise from neighbours.

Getting there

The resort is at 8 Moo 10, Tha Chang, Mueang Chanthaburi, on Phraya Trang Road.

By car, follow Route 3 (Sukhumvit Road) towards Chanthaburi town, turn onto Phraya Trang Road (Highway 3153) and continue towards Tha Chang. Free parking is available right beside the villas.

From Chanthaburi Bus Terminal the resort is about 3–4 km away. You can book a ride-hailing car or take a local songthaew or motorcycle taxi.
