Ichi Animal Hospital

Ichi Animal Hospital (โรงพยาบาลสัตว์อิจิ) is a veterinary facility located in the Nong Khaem district of Bangkok, offering medical care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotic pets. The hospital combines a warm, minimal, home-like atmosphere with professional medical standards. A distinctive feature of the facility is the Ichi Neko Zone, a dedicated, separate area specifically designed for cats to minimize stress and prevent anxiety caused by the sounds or presence of dogs. The hospital provides comprehensive medical services including general internal medicine, specialized surgeries such as soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, heart echocardiograms, and dental care like scaling and polishing. Advanced diagnostic tools include IDEXX blood analyzers, digital X-rays, and ultrasound machines. Additional clinical offerings feature an oxygen supply system, ICU recovery cages, an in-house cat blood bank, and vaccination programs.

Pricing varies depending on the specific medical service, diagnostic tests, or treatments required. General health check-up packages and specialized system screening programs are occasionally offered at promotional rates, such as multi-system check-up packages starting around 3,750 Thai Baht. Individual treatments, vaccinations, surgeries, and dental scaling are billed based on standard veterinary itemized fees.

The hospital is located on Thanon Liap Khlong Phasi Charoen Fang Tai in Nong Khaem. Because it is situated deeper in the western suburbs away from immediate rapid transit lines, there is no nearby BTS or MRT station within a convenient walking distance. Access is typically by road using local taxis, personal vehicles, or motorcycle taxis from major nearby thoroughfares like Phet Kasem Road.
