First Month With a British Shorthair Rescue Kitten

Somtam is nine months old, a British Shorthair mix with round cheeks and zero interest in being carried. I found him through a rescue group after my mom said I needed something to look after besides my phone. The first two weeks were quiet. He hid in the cabinet above the fridge and only came out at night.

What I learned: keep his litter box in a corner away from the food bowl, use the same cat food brand for the first few weeks so his stomach does not get upset, and set up a cardboard box for him to hide in. He loves boxes more than the expensive cat tree I bought.

He is my little roommate now. Lat Phrao is loud, but he sleeps through all of it.

    อ่านแล้วนึกถึงตอนมิมิมาอยู่บ้านใหม่ๆ เลยครับ ตอนนั้นก็ซ่อนตัวทั้งวันเหมือนกัน ผ่านไปไม่กี่สัปดาห์ก็เริ่มตามเท้าเราไปทุกห้องแล้ว ช่วงแรกนี่ใจเย็นๆ ดีที่สุดจริงๆ ครับ
