Writing this so honestly made the bath-day story hit even harder, I laughed and winced at the same time. A tiny cat fighting two staff members is pretty impressive. Hope the next visit goes calmer 😂

Don't be too hard on yourself, grooming day is rough for a nervous kitten at that age. Lots of cats fight the first bath and calm down after a few visits. Maybe ask the shop if they can do a short trim at home first.
