A Hotel That Welcomed Milky and His Snoring
Milky is my nine-year-old French Bulldog, and he has opinions about hotels. Last weekend we checked into a pet-friendly hotel near Cha-am beach, and the staff greeted him with a biscuit before they said hello to me. That earned them a lot of points.
The room had a small welcome card and a water bowl. Milky inspected every corner, then decided the bed was his. He snores louder than anyone in the building, so I'd like to apologize to the couple next door who sent a polite note at 2am. Milky did not apologize.
Good news: the hotel had a grassy strip out back where he could do his business, and the lift was big enough for him to walk in without tripping. We will definitely go back.

I'm going to try the same kind of greeting with Bean at our next hotel stay, maybe with a treat ready at the door.
